Prices are in EUROS, and they are intended per apartment (not per person).
Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. For different periods, please contact us in order to check availability.
During HIGH SEASON apartments can be rented for less than one week, for a minimum stay of 5 nights, and between Saturdays.
During Low and Medium season, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Prices include:
- linen for bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen;
- final cleaning;
- water, gas, electricity;
- heating;
- laundry (washing machine, flat iron, iron boards);
- dishwasher (except in apt. Girasole);
- private shaded parking;
- outdoor swimming pool ( meters: 7 x 14 x 1,40 to 1,90 / feet: 23 x 46 x 4,6 to 6,2)
- mountain bikes (if available);
- use of the two barbecues, with provided charcoal;
- use of the gardens, and the furnished terraces and pergolas (except for the private ones);
- play ground for children ;
- baby cots (if requested);
- bottle of wine at arrival;
- pets stay;
- all taxes.

We provide extra change of linen upon request, and at a charge.

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancelations must be addressed to BEMA SRL SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA
The communication must be done either via email at the address: info@raccianello.it or via fax at the number +39 0577 941099.
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Client the following fees will be applied:

- from reservation to 51 days before Check In: 30% of the total amount;
- from 51 days before Check In to 31 days before Check In: 50% of the total amount;
- from 30 days before Check In to 11 days before Check In: 70% of the total amount;
- from 10 days before Check In to 0 hours before Check In: 100% of the total amount;
- No show: 100% of the total amount.
